Wondeland
Year: 2024
A young woman stands in an emerald-green room, her gaze calm yet distant, as an entire fantastical city balances atop her head. Towers, rooftops, staircases, and narrow houses sprout from her crown like a dream made visible—impossible, yet grounded in her presence. A white rabbit rests on the floor behind her, silent but watchful, a subtle echo of Alice’s world.
In Wonderland, the surreal becomes structure—imagination literally becomes architecture. The mind is a labyrinth of stories, and here it manifests as a castle in the sky, tethered by invisible thoughts and memories that stretch just beyond comprehension.
This piece is a tribute to the weight and wonder of inner worlds: to how entire kingdoms can live inside a single person, hidden behind their gaze. The green walls suggest both sanctuary and enchantment, like a stage where fantasy and identity intertwine.
More than a nod to Alice in Wonderland, Wonderland reclaims the title as a psychological realm: a place where identity is shaped not by the world outside, but by the sprawling one we carry within.
